<p><meta charset="utf-8"><span>We suggest placing your order as early as possible before the holiday period to ensure it arrives on time. Please see below the cut-off dates for online deliveries:</span></p>

<h3>Processing Times</h3>
<p>Our dispatch team operates between business hours Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.</p>

<h4>Online Returns</h4>
<p>We offer returns and free exchanges on full priced products purchased online subject to the following conditions:</p>

<li>The garment is returned within 14 days of receiving your order.</li>
<li>Garments are in a saleable condition, i.e. clean, tags attached, in original condition. Any garments that have been worn, damaged, altered or washed will not be accepted.</li>
<li><span>Sale Items: The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty. Please note, discounts cannot be retrospectively applied.</span></li>

<h4>Refunds</h4>
<p>Refunds are reversed onto the original form of payments, i.e. Paypal account or credit card used. Depending on your credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement. The total amount of the refund will be minus any shipping charges (we do not refund the shipping fee).</p>
<h4>Exchange</h4>
<p>Exchanges are subject to availability at once your return arrives at our head office. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value of your original purchase.</p>
<h4></h4>
<h4>Cancellations</h4>
<p>If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.</p>
<h4>Faulty Items</h4>
<p>We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty garment. Please contact our Customer Care team at online@camillaandmarc.com to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.</p>
<h4>Colours</h4>
<p>CAMILLA AND MARC have made every effort to correctly display the colours of our products on our eBoutique. However, due to the fact that we use flash photography, as well as the inevitable variances between computer monitors, we cannot guarantee that your device will display a colour which is completely accurate.</p>
<h4>Important Exceptions</h4>

<p>Sale Items: The CAMILLA AND MARC eBoutique does not accept returns (refund or exchange) on any sale items unless deemed faulty.</p>
<p>Swimwear: Please wear undergarments when trying on swimwear and do not remove the plastic protective film. Returns of swimwear will not be accepted if this film has been removed or the garment has been soiled.</p>
<p>Shoes: Please try on all footwear on a carpeted surface before general wear. Returns of footwear will not be accepted if the product has scuff marks or the original show box is damaged.</p>"
